These classes cover the history of Reiki and its principles. It includes attunements and opens up the flow in your own body to be able to help others.

Reiki 1 and 2 will teach you to be able to heal yourself and others including long distance healing.

My spiritual kids class is taught  in person . It offers  information about affirmations as well as breath work techniques and fun activities that kids can do for mindfulness and meditation.

Level 1. This course is my own modality that I teach to heal on the soul matter level. Its taught over 2 days and is open to anyone that wants to add a fresh new modality to their tool belt.  After the death of my 2nd born son,Anthony. He was just 27 in 2019 when he left this Earth. I have really been thrust into the world of clearing and healing on a deep deep level.  Soul Matters helps to clear and heal on all levels including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Usually the physical body is the last to clear and heal because it is the most dense of all the energy bodies. While understanding that this process of undoing may seem time consuming in the physical world, it is all in alignment with the higher celestial energies of clearing and healing.  Attunements and activations are given during class.
